Common use of Failure to Furnish or Maintain Clause in Contracts

Failure to Furnish or Maintain. In the event University fails to furnish and maintain required insurance or to furnish satisfactory evidence thereof, the District may procure and maintain such coverage for all Parties on behalf of University. University shall furnish all necessary information and pay the premium cost to the District immediately upon presentation of a premium invoice. If University does not provide the required insurance, District can cancel and/or terminate the Agreement.
