Common use of Failure to Insure Clause in Contracts

Failure to Insure. If at any time LESSEE fails to maintain insurance in compliance with this Article 17, LESSOR will be entitled but not bound to do any of the following (without prejudice to any other rights which it may have under this Lease by reason of such failure): (a) to pay any premiums due or to effect or maintain substitute insurance or otherwise remedy such failure in any reasonable manner (and LESSEE will upon demand reimburse LESSOR in full for any amount so expended in that connection); or (b) at any time while such failure is continuing, to require the Aircraft to remain at any airport or (as the case may be), proceed to and remain at any airport designated by LESSOR.
