Common use of Failure to Insure Clause in Contracts

Failure to Insure. If at any time LESSEE fails to maintain insurance in compliance with this Article 18, LESSOR will be entitled but not bound to do any of the following (without prejudice to any other rights which it may have under this Lease by reason of such failure): (a) to pay any premiums due or to effect or maintain insurance satisfactory to LESSOR or otherwise remedy such failure in such manner as LESSOR considers appropriate (and LESSEE will upon demand reimburse LESSOR in full for any amount so expended in that connection); or (b) at any time while such failure is continuing, to require the Aircraft to remain at any airport or (as the case may be), proceed to and remain at any airport designated by LESSOR, until such failure is remedied to LESSOR’s satisfaction.

Failure to Insure. If at any time LESSEE Lessee fails to maintain insurance in compliance with this Article 1816, LESSOR Lessor will be entitled but not bound to do any of the following (without prejudice to any other rights which it may have under this Lease by reason of such failure): (a) to pay any premiums due or to effect or maintain insurance satisfactory to LESSOR Lessor or otherwise remedy such failure in such manner as LESSOR Lessor considers appropriate (and LESSEE Lessee will upon demand reimburse LESSOR Lessor in full for any amount so expended in that connection); or (b) at any time while such failure is continuing, to require the Aircraft to remain at any airport or (as the case may be), proceed to and remain at any airport designated by LESSORLessor, until such failure is remedied to LESSORLessor’s satisfaction.

If at any time LESSEE Lessee fails to maintain insurance in compliance with this Article 18Section 15, LESSOR will Lessor shall be entitled but not bound to do any of the following (without prejudice to any other rights which it may have under this Lease Agreement by reason of such failure): (ai) to pay any premiums due or to effect or maintain such insurance satisfactory to LESSOR or otherwise remedy such failure in such manner as LESSOR Lessor considers appropriate (and LESSEE will Lessee shall upon demand reimburse LESSOR Lessor in full for any amount so expended in that connection); or) and/or (bii) at any time while such failure is continuing, to require the Aircraft to remain at any airport or (or, as the case may be), upon provision by Lessor of insurance coverage satisfactory to Lessee, proceed to and remain at any airport designated by LESSORLessor, until such failure is remedied to LESSOR’s Lessor's satisfaction.
