Failure to Investigate. Any failure by Contractor and Subcontractors to acquaint themselves with information that is provided, information that could reasonably be obtained, or conditions which could be identified with reasonable investigation, will not relieve Contractor from responsibility to properly estimate the difficulty or cost to perform the Work.
