The Work definition

The Work means each and every activity required for the successful performance of the services described in Section II, the Terms of Reference.

The Work means the work to be executed or done under this contract.

The Work means all labour, materials, tools and plant, equipment including government taxes and transport, that may be required in preparation of and for and in the full and entire execution and completion of “the Work”.

Examples of The Work in a sentence

• The Work shall include, without limitation, all labor, materials, apparatus, supplies, services, facilities, utilities, transportation, manuals, warranties, training, and the like, necessary for the Contractor to faithfully perform and complete all of its obligations under the Contract.

• The Work shall be done without interference with the ordinary use of streets, berthing places, fairways, and passages.

• The Work to be performed by Contractor on behalf of County pursuant to this Contract as described in individual JOC Task Orders.

• The Work and Professional Services to be performed hereunder will be provided in accordance with the terms of this Contract and the applicable standard of care.

• The Work shall be carried on expeditiously, it being understood, however, that this Agreement may be extended or continued in force by the parties hereto in writing as provided herein.

More Definitions of The Work

The Work means the entire improvement planned by the District pursuant to the Contract Documents.

The Work means the equipment, supplies, materials, labor, and services to be furnished under the contract and the carrying out of all obligations imposed by the contract documents.

The Work. , shall mean the work of various item/s mentioned in accordance with the contract or part thereof as the case may be and shall include all extra additional, altered substituted works as required for purpose of the contract.
