Failure to Maintain Compliance with Operating Requirements. The Utility may disconnect from the Utility's System any Generating Facility determined to be malfunctioning, or not in compliance with this Standard or Operating Requirements. The Interconnection Customer must provide proof of compliance with this Agreement or Operating Requirements before the Generating Facility will be reconnected.
