Common use of Failure to Maintain Premises Clause in Contracts

Failure to Maintain Premises. If the Tenant fails to perform any obligation under Section 10.1, then on not less than ten (10) days’ written notice to the Tenant, the Landlord may enter the Premises and perform such obligation without liability to the Landlord for any loss or damage to the Tenant thereby incurred and the Tenant shall pay the Landlord for the cost thereof, plus an Administration Fee, within ten (10) days of receipt of the Landlord’s invoice therefor.

Failure to Maintain Premises. If the Tenant fails to perform any obligation under Section 10.19.1, then on not less than ten (10) days’ written notice to the Tenant, the Landlord may enter the Premises and perform such obligation without liability to the Landlord for any loss or damage to the Tenant thereby incurred and the Tenant shall pay the Landlord for the cost thereof, plus an Administration Fee, within ten (10) days of receipt of the Landlord’s invoice therefor.

If the Tenant fails to perform or commence and diligently perform any obligation under Section 10.1Article 7.01, then on not less than ten (10) days’ written notice to the Tenant, the Tenant Landlord may enter the Premises and perform such obligation without liability to the Landlord Tenant for any loss or damage to the Tenant thereby incurred incurred, and the Tenant shall pay the Landlord for the cost thereof, plus an Administration Fee10% of such cost for overhead and supervision, within ten (10) days of receipt of the Landlord’s invoice therefor.

Failure to Maintain Premises. If the Tenant fails to perform any obligation under Section 10.1Article 7.01, then on not less than ten (10) days’ written days notice to the Tenant, the Tenant Landlord may enter the Premises and perform such obligation without liability to the Landlord Tenant for any loss or damage to the Tenant thereby incurred incurred, and the Tenant shall pay the Landlord for the cost thereofall costs reasonably incurred in connection therewith, plus an Administration Feefifteen percent (15%) of such cost for overhead and supervision, within ten (10) days of its receipt of the Landlord’s 's invoice therefor.
