Failure to Meet Standards of Service. In the event that Mesa fails to meet the Standards of Service as set forth in this Exhibit D, in addition to the remedies provided in Section 13.6 of this Sixteenth Amendment for a Service Audit failure, US Airways may give notice to Mesa of such failure and the parties’ representatives shall meet within fifteen (15) days to discuss such failure in good faith.
