FAILURE TO NOTIFY PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS. If the New York Paying Agent has not, by 4.30 p.m. (New York Time) on the second Business Day before the due date of any payment to it under Clause 6.1, received notification of the relevant irrevocable payment instructions referred to in Clause 6.2 it shall forthwith notify the Principal Paying Agent, the Note Trustee and the Issuer. If the New York Paying Agent subsequently receives notification of such payment instructions, it shall forthwith notify the Principal Paying Agent, the Note Trustee and the Issuer.
