Common use of Failure to Obtain or Maintain Insurance; County’s Remedies Clause in Contracts

Failure to Obtain or Maintain Insurance; County’s Remedies. Lessee’s failure to provide insurance specified or failure to furnish certificates of insurance, amendatory endorsements and certified copies of policies, or failure to make premium payments required by such insurance, shall constitute a material breach of the Lease, and County may, at its option, terminate the Lease for any such default by Lessee.
