Failure to Pay Claim. Regardless of any action by the Reviewing Party, if loss has been incurred and a claim for indemnification under this Agreement is not paid by the Company within twenty (20) business days after a written claim has been received by the Company, Indemnitee may at any time thereafter bring suit against the Company to recover any unpaid amount of the claim.
