FAILURE TO PAY EMPLOYEE. The failure of Employer to pay Employee's compensation as provided in Section IV may be deemed a breach of this Agreement, and unless such breach is cured within ten days after written notice to Employer, Employee may, in his sole discretion, terminate this Agreement, including the provisions of Sections X, XI, and XII, by giving written notice to Employer under the provisions set forth herein.
