Common use of Failure to pay renewal fee Clause in Contracts

Failure to pay renewal fee. If you fail to pay the renewal fee by the due date we will cancel your Domain Name registration and the Domain Name will enter a black-out period. During the black-out period you may apply to reinstate your Domain Name provided you pay us the renewal fee, the late charge, and any other outstanding fees. If you do not apply to reinstate your Domain Name registration during the black-out period the Domain Name will become available to the general public for registration.
