Failure to perform maintenance undertakings. If the Lessee fails to comply with any of its obligations pursuant to clause 10, the Lessor may, without being obliged so to do, or responsible for so doing, and without prejudice to the ability of the Lessor to treat that non-compliance as a Termination Event, following notification to the Lessee and failure by the Lessee to take steps reasonably acceptable to the Lessor to remedy that failure within fifteen (15) days after receipt of that notification, arrange for the carrying out of such repairs, changes or surveys as are required in order to procure compliance with such provisions.
