Common use of Failure to Procure Insurance Clause in Contracts

Failure to Procure Insurance. In the event Tenant shall fail to maintain the required insurance policies in force continuously during the term, Landlord shall be entitled to procure the same and Tenant shall immediately reimburse Landlord for such premium expense.
