Failure to Procure Insurance. In the event Tenant shall fail to procure insurance required under this Article and fail to maintain the same in full force and effect continuously during the term of this Lease, Landlord shall be entitled to procure the same and Tenant shall immediately reimburse Landlord upon demand for such premium expense as Additional Rent.
