Common use of Failure to resolve Conflict Clause in Contracts

Failure to resolve Conflict. If the Recipient fails to notify the Department under this clause 20, or is unable or unwilling to resolve or deal with the Conflict as required, the Department may terminate this Agreement in accordance with clause 15.1(b).

Failure to resolve Conflict. If the Recipient fails to notify the Department under this clause 2021, or is unable or unwilling to resolve or deal with the Conflict as required, the Department may terminate this Agreement in accordance with clause 15.1(b16.1(b).
