Failure to Respond to Callouts. Spare employees who fail to respond to three (3) consecutive calls or five (5) calls within a school year will have their name removed from the list unless such failure to respond was due to illness supported by a medical certificate or the spare employee was on an approved leave of absence granted by the Human Resources Manager or Secretary Treasurer.
