Failure to Signify Preference. Employees who fail to signify their preference for desired vacation times by December 31 and/or June 30 of each year shall not be allowed to bump any less senior employee from the assigned vacation time. Employees who fail to signify their preferences for all or a part of their accrued vacation time shall be allowed to take their vacation subject to the other provisions of this Article, with the following written notice.
