Failure to Signify Preference. Employees who fail to signify their preference for desired vacation times by March 15 of each year shall not be allowed to bump any less senior employee from the assigned vacation time. Employees who fail to signify their preferences for all or a part of their accrued vacation time shall be allowed to take their vacation subject to the other provisions of this Article, with the following written notice:
