Failure to Submit Accounting and Operating. Reports in an Accurate and Timely Manner. Should the Contractor fail to submit any of the Accounting and Operating Report(s) required under Section 6.07 when due (or meet required deadlines for follow-up) or other reports as requested by the Authority with an agreed-upon due date, or fail to obtain the Authority’s authorization to delay or omit such reports, Liquidated Damages of Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250) per day, per report(s), may be assessed for each inaccurate report or day the report(s) is late.
