Common use of Failure to Timely Fund Clause in Contracts

Failure to Timely Fund. In the event that any unforeseen circumstance prevents PROCESSOR from making the funds available in accordance with the provisions of Section 1 above, such funds will then be made available in accordance with PROCESSOR’s Standard Funding schedule.
