Common use of Failure to Use Fee Authorizations Clause in Contracts

Failure to Use Fee Authorizations. Personnel who receive fee authorization and do not use it must notify the Human Resources Department before the deadline for the next filing of applications for fee authorization. Personnel who receive fee authorization but withdraw from courses covered by its use before completion must notify the Human Resources Department by the end of that term. Failure to do either or both of the above will result in the individual's being ineligible to receive fee authorization for the next four application periods.
