Fairness of Settlement and Releases. The Parties agree that this Agreement and the releases and waivers in this Agreement are fair and reasonable and adequate to provide complete satisfaction of the interests of the Settling Claimants and the Classes they represent, including full and adequate restitution of any allegedly unjust gains or allegedly improper overcharges obtained by the Released Sempra Parties, or any of them, for the Released Claims.
