Common use of Fall Protection Clause in Contracts

Fall Protection. a) All work performed 4’ above ground level (individuals foot to ground distance), or where a fall hazard of 4’ exists, will be conducted in accordance with the applicable requirements of OSHA 1926 Subpart M - Fall Protection and CCI requirements.
