FALSE ALARMS. In the event a false fire alarm/fire extinguisher discharge is determined to have originated from the leased premises, Tenant will be assessed a fine equal to $500.00 per occurrence as well as any other damages and/or costs associated with the false alarm, in addition to any fine levied by the civil authorities, and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

FALSE ALARMS. In the event the System is activated for any reason whatsoever, you shall (i) pay, without any right to be reimbursed by Company, or (ii) reimburse Company for any fines, fees, costs, expenses and penalties assessed against you or Company by any court or governmental agency. You authorize payment through your Credit Card for all fines, fees, costs, expenses and penalties assessed against Company arising out of or from, as a result of, related to or as a consequence of the activation of the System.
FALSE ALARMS. There are no refunds for the time that an event is interrupted by an alarm or evacuation of the premises.
FALSE ALARMS. In the event an excessive number of false alarms are caused by Customer’s and/or Installer’s carelessness, malicious action or accidental use of the alarm system, SentryNet may at its sole discretion deem same to be a material breach of contract on the part of Installer and, at its option, in addition to all other legal remedies set forth below, be excused from further performance, upon giving ten (10) days written notice to Customer and Installer. SentryNet’s excuse from performance shall not affect its rights to recover damages from Installer or to continue to provide services for other Customers of Installer. In the event a fine, penalty or fee is assessed against SentryNet by any governmental or municipal agency as a result of any alarm originating from a Customer’s premises, Installer agrees to forthwith reimburse SentryNet for same.
FALSE ALARMS. If Company or a governmental authority dispatches an agent to respond to a false alarm originating from the Premises, where Client intentionally, accidentally or negligently has activated the alarm signal, of if AIS makes any repair call caused by the inadvertence or negligence of Client, Client shall, in addition to being responsible for any and all fees and all fines assessed by the appropriate governmental authority with respect to such false alarms, pay to AIS the charges for a service call at its then existing rates.
FALSE ALARMS. 6.1. We reserve the right to terminate your Agreement or to charge you for False Alarms if an excessive number of False Alarms occur. For these purposes, “excessive” means, in any 12 month period, 5 or more False Alarms that are not caused by us or by any circumstances beyond your reasonable control.
FALSE ALARMS. (1) Whenever an alarm is activated in the town and the police and/or fire department makes an emergency response at the location of the activated alarm, a police and/or fire officer on the scene of the activated alarm shall determine whether the activation of the alarm reflected an actual emergency. If the activation of the alarm reflected no actual emergency, the alarm shall be considered a false alarm.

FALSE ALARMS. ISI Shall have no liability for false alarm fines, police response, or refusal of the police to respond. In the event of termination of police response by municipal police this contract shall nevertheless remain in full force and Subscriber shall remain liable for all payments provided herein. Should ISI be required by existing or hereinafter enacted by law to perform any service or furnish any material not specifically covered by the terms of this agreement Subscriber agrees to pay ISI for such service or material.
