False Claims Act, Generally. (A) In accordance with Section 6032 of the Deficit Reduction Act of 2005, if the Contractor receives annual payments of at least $5,000,000.00 from the Department, the Contractor shall establish written policies and procedures for all of its employees (including management) and its contractors or agents which comply with the Act.
