False or Fraudulent Statements and Claims. The SUBRECIPIENT agrees to comply with the requirements of the Program Fraud Civil Remedies Act of 1986, as amended, 49 U.S.C. §§ 3801 et seq. and the regulations of the AGENCY, and certifies and affirms the truthfulness and accuracy of any statement, claim, submission or certification it has made, it makes, or it may make pertaining to this AGREEMENT.
