Common use of False Representation or Warranty Clause in Contracts

Any representation, warranty or statement contained in this Agreement, in any of the Relevant Documents or in any other writing delivered to Lender in connection with the Collateral, this Agreement or any of the transactions contemplated thereby, proves to have been incorrect in any material respect when made;
