Common use of Familiarity with Project and Worksite Clause in Contracts

Familiarity with Project and Worksite. With respect to the Work to be performed, Contractor has thoroughly reviewed all information provided by the Owner, including the Construction Documents and other relevant data, visited the Worksite for the Project, and, thoroughly familiarized itself with the local conditions and constraints under which the Work will be performed. Contractor warrants, represents, covenants, and agrees that there are no obligations, commitments, or impediments of any kind that will limit or prevent performance of the Work required hereunder. Contractor understands that its use of the Worksite shall be subject to Owner’s approval.
