At least 65.2% of children authorized in FLOC (as defined in Information Item C, which is posted at xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xxxxx.xxx/doing-business-hhs/provider- portals/behavioral-health-services-providers/behavioral-health-provider- resources/community-mental-health-contracts) who receive any Family Partner Support Services shall have acceptable functioning or reliable improvement in one or more of the following CANS Caregivers Needs domain items: Family Stress, Involvement with Care, or Knowledge.
