Family Residential Rehabilitation Services for Substance Use. Disorders (Level 3.1) - 24- hour residential environment for families in which a parent has a substance use disorder and either is pregnant, has custody of at least one child or has a physical reunification plan with at least one child within 30 days of admission. Scheduled, goal-oriented rehabilitative services intended to support parents and children are provided in conjunction with ongoing support and assistance for developing and maintaining interpersonal and parenting skills necessary to lead an alcohol and/or drug-free lifestyle and support family reunification and stability. Enrollees receive at least five hours of individual or group therapy each week in addition to case management, psychoeducation and milieu based rehabilitative activities. ✓ ✓ ✓
