Common use of Family Transfers Clause in Contracts

Family Transfers. The Membership Interest of any Member may be transferred by inter vivos gift or by testamentary transfer to any spouse, parent, sibling, child or grandchild of the Member, or to a trust for the benefit of the Member or such spouse, parent, sibling, child or grandchild of the Member. If the transfer is to a revocable living trust, the transferring Member may also reacquire the Membership in whole or in part upon complying with Section 6.2.
