Counterpart Copies This Agreement may be executed in two or more counterpart copies, all of which counterparts shall have the same force and effect as if all parties hereto had executed a single copy of this Agreement.
Signatures and Counterparts Facsimile transmission of any signed original document and/or retransmission of any signed facsimile transmission shall be the same as delivery of an original. At the request of Buyer or the Selling Parties, the parties will confirm facsimile transmission by signing a duplicate original document. Any electronic signatures appearing on this Agreement and such other documents are the same as handwritten signatures for the purposes of validity, enforceability, and admissibility. Each party hereto shall be entitled to conclusively rely upon, and shall have no liability with respect to, any electronic signature or faxed, scanned, or photocopied manual signature of any other party and shall have no duty to investigate, confirm or otherwise verify the validity or authenticity thereof.
IN COUNTERPART This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which shall be deemed to be an original as against any party whose signature appears thereon, and all of which shall together constitute one and the same instrument. This Agreement shall become binding when one or more counterparts hereof, individually or taken together, shall bear the signatures of the parties reflected hereon as the signatories. Signatures may be given by facsimile or other electronic transmission, and such signatures shall be fully binding on the party sending the same.
Duplicate Originals and Counterparts This Agreement may be executed in any number of duplicate originals or counterparts, each of such duplicate originals or counterparts shall be deemed to be an original and all taken together shall constitute but one and the same instrument.
