Common use of Façade Signage Clause in Contracts

Façade Signage. 5.2.1 The Façade Signage Charges shall be payable by THE LESSEE to THE LESSOR or its nominees/ assigns in advance from the Lease Commencement Date or from the date the Façade Signage is taken by THE LESSEE (i.e. the date on which the addendum for modifying Annexure C-I(a) to this effect is signed between the Parties), whichever is later.
