Common use of FCC Licenses and Regulatory Compliance Clause in Contracts

FCC Licenses and Regulatory Compliance. The Parent Guarantors and the Borrower shall, and shall cause each of their respective Subsidiaries to, comply in all material respects with all terms and conditions of all FCC Licenses covering the Stations, all Federal, state and local laws, all rules, regulations and administrative orders of the FCC and all state and local commissions or authorities which are applicable to the Parent Guarantors, the Borrower and/or their respective Subsidiaries or the operation of the Stations of any Nexstar Entity.

The Parent Guarantors and the Borrower shall, and shall cause each of their respective Subsidiaries to, comply in all material respects with all terms and conditions of all FCC Licenses covering the Stations, all Federal, state and local laws, all rules, regulations and administrative orders of the FCC and all state and local commissions or authorities which are applicable to the Parent Guarantors, the Borrower and/or their respective Subsidiaries or any Credit Party or the operation of the Stations of any Nexstar EntityEntity or other Credit Party.

The Parent Guarantors and the Borrower shall, and shall cause each of their respective Subsidiaries other Loan Party to, comply in all material respects with all material terms and conditions of all FCC Licenses covering the StationsLicenses, all material Federal, state and local laws, all material rules, regulations and administrative orders of the FCC and all material state and local commissions or authorities which are applicable to the Parent Guarantors, the Borrower and/or their respective its Subsidiaries or any Loan Party or the operation of the Broadcast Stations of the Borrower or any Nexstar Entityof its Subsidiaries or other Loan Party.
