Buyer and Seller shall diligently prosecute the FCC Application and otherwise use their best efforts to obtain the FCC Consent as soon as possible. If the FCC Consent imposes upon Buyer any condition (including without limitation any divestiture condition), Buyer shall timely comply therewith.
