Common use of FDA Debarment Clause in Contracts

FDA Debarment. As a condition of your employment, you must certify that you are not under investigation by the FDA for debarment action, have not been debarred under the Generic Drug Enforcement Act of 1992 (21 U.S.C. 301 et seq.), and are not otherwise being investigated, restricted or disqualified from performing services relating to clinical trials by the FDA or any other regulatory authority or professional body in any other jurisdiction. If, during the course of your employment with Xenon, you become subject to such investigation or otherwise are restricted or disqualified, you will promptly inform Xxxxx’s Legal Department of such event.
