Common use of Feasibility Query Clause in Contracts

Feasibility Query. The term “Feasibility Query” means a query, submitted to the DROC pursuant to Section 2.04 below, for preliminary De-identified Information from one or more GPC Parties which is necessary for an Affiliate Investigator to generate a hypothesis and/or determine if a Proposed Research Project is feasible within the GPC, which may include not only patient counts but also other descriptive statistics, lab results, etc.
