Common use of (Feasibility Team Proposal) Clause in Contracts

(Feasibility Team Proposal). If the Parties do not approve the Feasibility AFE and Feasibility Team proposal made under this paragraph, the Parties shall proceed with the Selection AFE proposal made under this paragraph as if the Feasibility AFE and Feasibility Team proposal, made under this paragraph, had not been made.
