Feature-Complete Version. Licensee shall deliver to Microsoft a feature-complete version of the Software Title (the "Beta Version"), which includes all features of the Software Title and such other content as may be required under the Xbox Guide. Concurrently with delivery of the Beta Version, Licensee will disclose in writing to Microsoft the details about any and all so-called "hidden characters," "cheats," "easter eggs," "bonus video and/or audio," and similar elements included in the Beta Version and/or intended to be included in the final release version of the Software Title.
