Features and Functions Subject to Resale. Sprint shall make all of its Telecommunications Services available for resale to KMC on terms and conditions that are reasonable and nondiscriminatory and as allowed by the FCC and Commission. The Telecommunications Services provided pursuant to this Part D are collectively referred to as "Local Resale."
