Where a purchase of items is for fulfillment of a specific U.S. Government prime or subcontract, additional information and/or terms and conditions may be included in an attached supplement. By submitting an invoice to UC, Supplier is representing to UC that, at the time of submission: (1) neither Supplier nor its principals are presently debarred, suspended, or proposed for debarment by the U.S. government (see FAR 52.209-6); (2) Supplier has filed all compliance reports required by the Equal Opportunity clause (see FAR 52.222-22); and (3) any Supplier representations to UC about U.S. Small Business Administration or state and local classifications, including but not limited to size standards, ownership, and control, are accurate and complete.
