CLEANING UP. 4.15.1 Before commencement of any on-site activities, Contractor is required to prepare and submit to the Project Manager a Construction Site Waste Reduction Plan. A sample plan is available at: xxxx://xxx.xxx.xxxxx.xx.xx/dec/wastediv/recycling/CandD.htm . Failure to comply with this provision or a failure to comply with the plan itself will result in withholding of general conditions’ money from the contractor’s monthly requisition until Contractor has rectified the situation and is in full compliance with these provisions. 4.15.2 The Contractor at all times shall keep the premises free from accumulation of waste materials or rubbish. At the completion of the Work he shall remove all his waste materials and rubbish from and about. the Project as well as all his tools, construction equipment, machinery and surplus materials and shall leave the premises in a clean and satisfactory condition. 4.15.3 If the Contractor fails to clean up at the completion of the Work, the State may do so as provided in Paragraph 3.4 and the cost thereof shall be charged to the Contractor.

CLEANING UP. The Contractor shall keep the premises and surrounding area free from accumulation of debris and trash related to the Work. At the completion of the Work, the Contractor shall remove its tools, construction equipment, machinery, and surplus material; and shall properly dispose of waste materials.
CLEANING UP. 6.17.1 Developer shall provide all services, labor, materials, and equipment necessary for protecting and securing the Work, all school occupants, furnishings, equipment, and building structure from damage until its completion and final acceptance by District. Dust barriers shall be provided to isolate dust and dirt from construction operations. At completion of the Work and portions thereof, Developer shall clean to the original state any areas beyond the Work area that become dust laden as a result of the Work. Developer must erect the necessary warning signs and barricades to ensure the safety of all school occupants. Developer at all times must maintain good housekeeping practices to reduce the risk of fire damage and must make a fire extinguisher, fire blanket, and/or fire watch, as applicable, available at each location where cutting, braising, soldering, and/or welding is being performed or where there is an increased risk of fire. 6.17.2 Developer at all times shall keep Premises, including property immediately adjacent thereto, free from debris such as waste, rubbish (including personal rubbish of workers, e.g., food wrappers, etc.), and excess materials and equipment caused by the Work. Developer shall not leave debris under, in, or about the Premises (or surrounding property or neighborhood), but shall promptly remove same from the Premises on a daily basis. If Developer fails to clean up, District may do so and the cost thereof shall be charged to Developer. If the Contract calls for Work on an existing facility, Developer shall also perform specific clean-up on or about the Premises upon request by the District as it deems necessary for continued operations. Developer shall comply with all related provisions of the Specifications. 6.17.3 If the Construction Manager, Architect, or District observes the accumulation of trash and debris, the District will give Developer a 24-hour written notice to mitigate the condition. 6.17.4 Should Developer fail to perform the required clean-up, or should the clean-up be deemed unsatisfactory by the District, the District may, at its sole discretion, then perform the clean-up. All cost associated with the clean-up work (including all travel, payroll burden, and costs for supervision) will be deducted from the Guaranteed Maximum Price.
CLEANING UP. The Contractor shall keep the premises free at all times from accumulations of waste material or rubbish caused by his employees or work. Periodically during the course of the Work and at the completion of the work he shall remove all his rubbish from and about the building and all his tools, scaffolding, and surplus materials and shall leave his work "broom-clean" or its equivalent, unless more exactly specified. In case of dispute, after 48 hours written notice the Owner may remove the rubbish and charge the cost to the Contractor.
CLEANING UP. During the construction, the Subdivider shall keep the site of the work and adjacent premises as free from material, debris and rubbish as is practicable and shall remove this waste entirely and at once, if, in the opinion of the City, such material, debris or rubbish constitutes a nuisance, a safety hazard or is objectionable in any way to the public. Upon completion and before final acceptance of the work, the Subdivider shall remove from the site of the work and adjacent premises all machinery, equipment, surplus materials, false work, excavated and useless materials, rubbish, temporary buildings, barricades and signs, and shall restore the site to the same general conditions that existed prior to the commencement of its operations. The Subdivider shall clean off all cement streaks or drippings, paint smears or drippings, rust stains, oil, grease, dirt, and any other foreign materials deposited or accumulated on any portion of its work, or existing work, due to its operations. In the event Subdivider fails to comply as set forth herein, the City shall perform the necessary work to accomplish the clean up set forth herein and shall charge the Subdivider for said work. In the event of non-compliance as stated herein, all deposits and financial guarantees set forth in this Agreement shall be retained by the City and not released until such time as the appropriate clean up is made and acceptable to the City Engineer and Law Director.
CLEANING UP. The Contractor shall remove from the Owner's property, and from all public and private property, all temporary structures, rubbish, and waste materials resulting from his operation or caused by his employees, and shall remove all surplus materials leaving the site smooth, clean and true to line and grade.
CLEANING UP. § 5.11.1 The Design-Builder shall keep the premises and surrounding area free from accumulation of waste materials or rubbish caused by operations under the Contract. At completion of the Work, the Design-Builder shall remove waste materials, rubbish, the Design-Builder’s tools, construction equipment, machinery and surplus materials from and about the Project. § 5.11.2 If the Design-Builder fails to clean up as provided in the Design-Build Documents, the Owner may do so and Owner shall be entitled to reimbursement from the Design-Builder.

CLEANING UP. Seller shall at all times keep the work area, including storage areas, free from accumulations of waste materials. Before completing the work, Seller shall remove from the work and premises any rubbish, tools, scaffolding, equipment, and materials that are not the property of the Government. Upon completing the work, Xxxxxx shall leave the work area in a clean, neat, and orderly condition satisfactory to Company.
CLEANING UP. Contractor shall, at all times, keep the Site of the Construction free from accumulations of waste material or rubbish caused by the performance of the Construction by Contractor, and at the completion of the Construction, Contractor shall remove from the Site of the Construction all such waste material and rubbish and all tools, scaffolding, and surplus materials belonging to Contractor and/or Contractor’s Subcontractors, laborers, or materialmen, it being specifically understood that at the close of Construction and prior to turning over the premises to District for beneficial use and occupancy, Contractor shall leave the Site “broom clean,” or its equivalent, unless more exactly specified.
CLEANING UP. Subcontractor shall keep the premises and surrounding area free from accumulation of waste materials or rubbish caused by operations performed under this Agreement. Subcontractor shall not be held responsible for unclean conditions caused by other contractors or subcontractors.
