Common use of FEDERAL ACQUISITION REGULATIONS Clause in Contracts

FEDERAL ACQUISITION REGULATIONS. Incorporated herein by reference are those provisions of the FAR which by their terms are to be flowed down to a procurement of the sort provided for here. All such provisions are incorporated with the same force and effect as if they were given in full text and apply to Supplier as Contractor, including provisions for the further flow-down of such provisions to subcontracts entered into by Supplier.
