Common use of Federal Debarment Clause in Contracts

Federal Debarment. The Consultant shall immediately notify the City of any suspension or debarment or other action that excludes the Consultant or any subconsultant from participation in Federal contracts. Consultant shall verify all subconsultants intended and/or used by the Consultant for performance of City Work are in good standing and are not debarred, suspended or otherwise ineligible by the Federal Government. Debarment shall be verified at xxxxx://xxx.xxx.gov. Consultant shall keep proof of such verification of subconsultant debarment status within the Consultant records.
