Supplier warrants that during the Term, Supplier has not and will not be, and no Supplier Personnel or subcontractor has been suspended or debarred, or proposed to be suspended or debarred, by a federal agency. Supplier will give Purchaser notice of any event causing this warranty to be false immediately after the occurrence of the event.
