Federal Deposit Insurance Act. Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement to the contrary, payments and benefits to Executive hereunder shall be paid or provided, to the extent applicable, in compliance with Section 18(k) of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act, 12 U.S.C. Section 1828(k), and any regulations promulgated thereunder.
