FEDERAL FINANCIAL REPORTS. Federal Financial Reports (SF-425) are semi-annually, for the periods ending March 31 and September 30. Reports are due within 30 calendar days following the end of the reporting period and must be emailed to the Project Officer at the email addressed indicated in the Notice of Award, and to the Grants Officer at: Xxxxxx_XXX.Xxxxxxxx@xxx.xxx.
