Federal Funding. Funding for this Contract is appropriated under the Continuing Appropriations Act, 2018 and Supplemental Appropriations for Disaster Relief Requirements Act, 2017 (Public Law 115-56), enacted on September 8, 2017, and allocated to the State of Texas under U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Grant No. B-17-DM-48-0001 to facilitate disaster relief, long term recovery, restoration of infrastructure and housing, economic revitalization, and to affirmatively further fair housing, in accordance with Executive Order 12892, in areas affected by Hurricane Xxxxxx, which are Presidentially-declared major disaster areas under Title IV of the Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxxxx Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act (42 U.S.C. §5121, et seq.). The fulfillment of this Contract is based on those funds being made available under Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance (CFDA) No. 14.228 to the GLO as the lead administrative state agency. All expenditures under this Contract must be made in accordance with this Contract, the rules and regulations promulgated under the CDBG-DR Program, and any other applicable laws. Further, Contractor acknowledges that all funds are subject to recapture and repayment for non- compliance.
