Federal Grants. The School agrees to comply with the District’s rules, policies and procedures for federal and state Grants Management for grants submitted through the District, which include, but are not limited to: 1. Working with the appropriate District staff to facilitate District’s approval for all federal and state grant applications developed by the School for which the District will serve as fiscal agent 2. Submitting a grant application executive summary and grant description for each such grant processed, and submitting an annual end-of-the-year Grant Final Report. 3. Ensuring that all grant indirect costs are appropriated, if allowed, to the district for applicable Federal Grants that are approved, monitored and/or disbursed by the Sponsor. For purposes of the Public Charter School Program Grant, authorized under Title V, Part B, of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act, no indirect costs may be appropriated to the Sponsor unless the School voluntarily agrees to such appropriation.
